1. 參賽者需以“YOU A.S.O .... [ Fashion / Pretty / ....]”為標題做為作品名稱。
2. 作品創意可盡情發揮，不須考慮實用與否，任何天馬行空的想法均歡迎。
3. 活動採初選、決選兩階段方式進行，參賽者需以小組形式參加競賽 (至少 2 人為一組)，競賽內容含創意設計與創意行銷。
a. 創意設計︰需提出一款創意鞋設計圖稿，不限造型、材質、功能。
b. 創意行銷︰針對參賽設計的創意鞋款提出獨特的創意行銷手法。
【參賽資格】凡具有中華民國國籍之國內各大專院校、研究所在學學生，不限科系，均可組隊參加。

第一階段：
初選
A.
創意設計作品收件：2007 / 10 / 25 ~ 2007 / 11 / 28
1. 投稿方式：本活動採線上投稿，請參賽者自『 A.S.O 第一屆金履獎創意大賽』活動網站點選連結，或由黑秀網首頁 (http://www.heyshow.com) 進入活動上傳專區，依照網頁中的指示上傳圖檔。
2. 投稿形式：不限圖檔製作方式 (攝影、手繪、3D、電腦繪圖皆可)，以能表現創意之稿件為主。
3. 投稿格式：請將參加『 A.S.O 第一屆金履獎創意大賽』的設計稿件準備成 800 x 800 pix 以內，存檔後檔案尺寸在 250k 以下的 .jpg 檔案，需注意為 RGB 模式，其他格式不接受上傳投稿。
4. 投稿時，參賽者請填寫作品資料，並且填寫隊名或代表人(組長)相關聯絡資料，以便通知入圍與領獎。

網路人氣王票選：2007 / 11 / 19 ~ 2007 / 12 / 09
1. 票選方式：請於網路人氣王票選期間，自『 A.S.O 第一屆金履獎創意大賽』活動網站點選連結，或由黑秀網首頁 (http://www.heyshow.com) 進入活動專區進行票選。
2. 於票選活動結束後，依網友投票票數最高者作品進入決選。
3. 由網友票選出之網路人氣王作品將與初選評審入圍之作品 ( 9 組) 一同參加決選 (共 10 組)，名單將於 12 月 10 日公佈於活動網站及黑秀網。

決選A. 決選作品模型製作與寄件：2007 / 12 / 10 ~ 2008 / 01 / 03入圍決選之參賽者 (含網路人氣王) 均需在 2008 / 01 / 03 之前將以下決選內容親送或郵寄至：台北市中山區松江路 168 號「阿瘦皮鞋 A.S.O 第一屆金履獎創意大賽 創意掌門 小組收」，逾期不予受理並視為棄權。
繳件內容：
a. 創意設計：
1. 創意鞋樣品模型※入圍決選者 (含網路人氣王) 需製作創意鞋實體樣品，同時每組可獲得樣品製作贊助獎金 1 萬元。※樣品模型尺寸須在 30 立方公分以內（長寬高至少 25cm 以上、30cm 以下），不限素材。※作品寄送請考量保護作品寄送裝置，並以方便搬運為原則，以免運送過程作品受損。
2. 作品說明※請將隊名 / 創作主題 / 創作說明 / 參賽者資料 / 學校、科系名稱...等資料貼於 A4 黑色裱版，與創意鞋實體樣品一同寄出。※作品說明標準格式將於通知入圍時一併提供給參賽者。
b. 創意行銷：
1. 企劃書※入圍決選者 (含網路人氣王) 需繳交創意行銷企劃書。※採 ppt 檔格式，A4 尺吋橫式印製，一張一頁 ppt 檔畫面內容，並由左邊裝訂成冊，彩色、黑白不拘，不得超過二十頁，內容應包括構想說明及能表現所有評分內容為佳，勿流於冗長。※企劃簡報內所運用之蒐集資料，如研究、相關出版、或由廣告公司或政府部門等單位所提供之既存二手資料，請務必於企劃書中詳細說明並註明出處。
2. 簡報光碟※請將決選用簡報內容 (ppt 檔) 燒錄於一般光碟。※光碟上請註明作品名稱與隊名。
B. 決選評審暨頒獎典禮：2008 / 01 / 12
1. 入圍決選之參賽者 (含網路人氣王) 需於 2008 / 01 / 12 決選當日推派簡報人員進行簡報發表 (簡報人數至多 5 人)，內容以清晰實質表達為重，道具以 PowerPoint 搭配投影機現場簡報為主，可列印促銷製作物輔助說明，不限簡報道具。
2. 每隊簡報發表十分鐘，評審提問五分鐘，共計十五分鐘為限。
3. 決選評審結束後，將於現場舉行頒獎典禮。

【注意事項】
1. 金履、銀履、銅履獎可與網路人氣王獎重複得獎。
2. 得獎作品將於公開場合或企業期刊、黑秀網等展出，詳情另行公佈。
3. 得獎者獎金須依照中華民國所得稅法規定扣稅：稅法規定獎項價值超過新台幣 13,333 元者，主承辦單位依法代得獎者扣繳 15% 稅額。
4. 參賽作品必須為尚未以任何形式公開發表於各類媒體之新作且無抄襲仿冒情事。若有發現參賽作品涉及仿冒，侵犯他人智慧財產權，非原創作品或已於國內外其他競賽公開發表、販售等，經主辦單位、評審發現或遭人檢舉，無論賽程結束與否，參賽者將被取消參賽資格；若為得獎作品，則追回已頒發之獎項並公告。參賽者需自負所有法律責任，如得獎作品有違以上規定，至主辦單位受有損害者，參賽者需付賠償責任。
5. 得獎者若未滿二十歲，領獎前須徵求監護人同意。
6. 入圍決選之參賽者如未於規定日期前將決選作品送達指定地點，視為棄權，不得異議。
7. 主辦單位對參賽作品均有攝影與展覽權，主辦單位得運用參賽作品之照片及說明文字等相關資料，作為展覽、宣傳及出版等用途，不須另外徵求參賽者同意。
8. 主辦單位擁有最優先權利與參賽者協議取得該作品之智慧財產權，得獎者不得另行將設計著作權轉讓予第三者，若發生此情事者，主辦單位得取消參加競賽及展覽之權利，並追回已頒發之獎金及獎狀。
9. 如入圍作品經主辦單位認同具有商業化潛力，主辦單位將給付新台幣2萬元整做為稿件修改費用給得獎者將作品依主辦單位要求修改後上市。
10. 凡報名參賽者，視同完全同意本活動一切規定，本說明注意事項如有未盡事宜，主辦單位得另行補充之。
